Springfieldilforrent.com is not and will not be a party to any agreement between a landlord and tenant and does not guarantee the accuracy of any representations made on this site by its users. Both parties to a potential transaction should fully investigate the other parties' representations. Tenants are encouraged to research the landlord's reputation and personally inspect any apartment advertised for rent prior to (i) providing any personal information; (ii) sending money for an application fee, deposit or first month's rent; and/or (3) signing a lease. Landlords are equally encouraged to conduct background checks on potential tenants.
